    Lunch:
    Grouper Fish
    Spinach, kale, cucumbers and avocado

    Afternoon snack:
    1 plum

    Dinner:
    Steamed fish with lettuce

    1 hard boiled egg
    2 sausage patties

    Lunch:
    Tuna salad with spinach and raisins.

    Snacks:
    Grapes, cherries, and pistachios.

    Dinner:
    Curry Turkey wings with Romaine lettuce and tomatoes.

    Drinks: 3 full bottles of detox water, and 3 full bottles of plain water.

    Lunch:
    Tuna salad (plain tuna, cranberries, avocado, tomato, lemon juice)
    2 boiled egg whites

    PM snack:
    cranberries, cashews, apricots, almonds

    Dinner:
    Baked chicken
    sweet potato
    spinach

    1. Arielle, try to avoid all dairy for 30 days! While some fermented dairy products, like Greek Yogurt, may be paleo approved or at least Mark Sisson approved after 30 days, no dairy on the challenge!
