    grilled chicken breast and avocado salad.

    Snack: 1/2 cup of almonds

    Dinner:
    Grilled Tuna and fresh veggies
    side salad and water.

    beef strips with string beans.
    Snacks: 4 prunes
    Dinner
    4 meatballs.
    Drinks:
    3 bottles of detox water and 3 bottles of plain water.

    & avocado, cherry tomatoes
    shredded grilled chicken

    2 Grilled chicken breast
    zucchini & cherry tomatoes
    1baked sweet potato
    1Bottle Water
