Nutrition Challenge Day 5

    1 Bottle of water

    Snack:

    1 Banana
    2 water

    Lunch:

    small Chef salad w/o Cheese
    2 Bottle of Water

    Dinner:

    4oz. Steack
    1 Cup of Green Bean
    1 mini corn on cob
    2 Glass of water w/lime
    12 Strawberry

    Zesty Chicken Bites

    Snack:
    Homemade Cashew bars

    1. Changed for dinner: half of 18 oz bone-in Outlaw Ribeye topped with a smoky garlic vinaigrette and roasted grape tomatoes, sides were half a sweet potato and some roasted asparagus with lemon juice and salt

    2 egg omelet with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms. 2 sausage patties.

    Lunch:
    Grilled Mahi Mahi with side of fresh broccoli

    Snacks:
    1 green apples, pineapple slices, and 1 peach

    Dinner:
    Sauteed chicken breast mixed with vegetables.

    Drinks: 7 bottles of water (118 oz)

    100 cal pack cashews

    Lunch:
    Tuna Salad (plain tuna, avocado, tomato)
    Sweet Potato

    PM snack:
    Pistachios, almonds, and cranberries
    Plum

    Dinner:
    Zucchini pasta and baked chicken breast with pesto.

    Water: 1 gallon

    2 cups shredded lettuce
    2 cups cubed steak
    1 small avocado
    1/2 cup fresh pico de gallo

    Mid afternoon snack:
    banana

    Dinner:
    2 cups mixed organic greens
    1/4 diced tomato
    3 hard boiled egg whites; 2 whole hard boiled egg

    Daily Water Intake: IIIIII
