Breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties. Lunch Steamed shrimp,broccoli, asparagus, and spinach Snacks: green grapes , and 1 green apple. Dinner Flat iron steak medium well,sweet potatoes, shrimp and spinach. Drinks: 6 bottles of water.
