    Cup of coffee
    Half Banana & half a grapefruit

    Snack:

    1 Banana
    1 Apple

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ lemon and Olive Oil
    1 Bottle

    Dinner:

    16 ounce steak with mashed sweet potatoes

    1/2 Sausage
    2 hard boiled egg
    1 cup of hot tea
    1 Bottle of water

    Snack:

    1 Banana
    2 water

    Lunch:

    small Chef salad w/o Cheese
    2 Bottle of Water

    Dinner:

    4oz. Steack
    1 Cup of Green Bean
    1 mini corn on cob
    2 Glass of water w/lime
    12 Strawberry

    Lunch: Greek salad with chicken no feta
    Dinner: Shrimp and steak stir fry with mixed vegetables

    Lunch: Chicken w/ vegetables (stir fry, no rice)
    Dinner: Baked chicken w/ sauteed mushrooms & onions
    Snack: Grapefruit

    Turkey Lunch meat

    Dinner:
    Fiesta Chicken w/corn, black beans
    Sauteed asparagus w/mushrooms
    Protein veggies

    2 hard boiled eggs and 2 turkey sausage patties.
    Lunch
    Steamed shrimp,broccoli, asparagus, and spinach
    Snacks: green grapes , and 1 green apple.
    Dinner
    Flat iron steak medium well,sweet potatoes, shrimp and spinach.
    Drinks: 6 bottles of water.
