    Dinner: Taco salad, no cheese, shell or sour cream

    Salmon steak with mixed vegetables

    Bourbon chicken and mixed vegetables

    Cup of Coffee no sweetener
    Half Banana

    Snack:

    1 Banana
    1 Apple
    1 Bottle of Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ lemon and Olive Oil
    1 Bottle of Water

    Snack:
    1 Orange
    1 Bottle of Water

    Dinner:

    1 Jerk Chicken with Cabbage
    1 cup of Tea
    12 Grapes

    Lunch: Garlic Lemon Shrimp w/ plaintains
    Dinner: Ground pork taco salad, with avocado salsa
    Snack- 2 Clementine’s
    4-6 refills of a 22 oz bottle of water (half an orange, 4 strawberries)

    Tuna salad (plain tuna, cranberries, avocado, tomato, lemon juice)
    2 boiled egg whites

    PM snack:
    cranberries, cashews, apricots, almonds

    Dinner:
    Baked chicken
    sweet potato
    spinach
