    Salad w/ turkey breast
    2 bottle of water

    Dinner:

    Chicken and veggies
    Small Salad w/lemon & Olive Oil
    1 Hot Cup of Tea
    2 Bottle Water

    2 hard boiled eggs, 2 sausage patties, and sauteed spinach.

    Snack: Peaches

    Lunch: shrimp, chicken breast mixed with broccoli, spinach and cabbage.

    Dinner: Curry chicken

    Drinks: 5 bottles of water

    Lunch: Garlic lemon shrimp and fried plantains (fried in ghee)

    Dinner: Chipotle Pot Roast (made in slow cooker) w/ Pineapple Cole Slaw (using homemade mayo)

    AM: 1 Banana , 1 cup of coffee , 2 slices of pineapple.
    Lunch: 1 can tuna , strawberries , natural nut bar, 2 cups of water
    Dinner : shrimp salad with kale . Pork chunks... In garlic / herbs

    2 bottles of water and green tea before bed

    2 egg whites/ 1 white scrambled w/
    1/2 cup bell peppers
    1/4 cup diced tomato
    8oz black coffee

    mid morning snack:
    black plum

    Lunch:
    Salad- 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1 cup cucumber slices

    Mid day snack:
    N/A

    Dinner:
    2 cups cucumber slices w 6oz shredded chicken topped with diced cucumbers, sprinkled w pepper
    8oz green juice
