    Cup of Coffee no sweetener


    Snack:
    1 Banana
    1 Bottle of Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ lemon and Olive Oil
    1 Bottle of Water

    Snack:
    1 Orange
    1 Bottle of Water

    Dinner:
    1 Baked Chicken with Cabbage
    1 cup of Tea
    12 Grapes

    • Smoothie: Blend 1 cup frozen berries, 1/2 banana, and 8 ounces fat-free milk.

    Lunch
    • 1 cup vegetarian vegetable soup
    • 1 veggie burger in a mini whole wheat pita with lettuce and salsa
    • 6 ounces light yogurt
    • 15 grapes

    Dinner
    • Steamed tilapia 
    • 1 baked sweet potato 
    • 3 cups spinach, steamed

    Lunch
    shrimp salad
    Snacks:Peaches and grapes
    Dinner:
    Grilled chicken with spinach
    Drinks: 5 bottles of water.

    Tuna salad (plain tuna, cranberries, avocado, tomato, lemon juice)
    2 boiled egg whites

    PM snack:
    cranberries, cashews, apricots, almonds

    Dinner:
    Baked chicken
    sweet potato
    spinach
