    1 Grapefruit 
    1granny smith apple
    Half of a banana
    1 bottle of water

    Lunch:

    Grilled chicken w/ Salad
    1/2 Banana

    Dinner:

    Steam tilapia with cabbage
    1 Bottle of water

    1 Hot Cup of Tea w/ lemon
    1 Bottleof Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ Chicken Breast
    12 Grapes
    2 Bottle of Water

    Snack:
    1 Pear

    Dinner:

    2 Peices of Fish
    1 small salad
    1 peach
    2 Bottle of Water
