Breakfast scrambled eggs with onions and green peppers and papaya smoothie with coconut milk.....lunch one slice of papaya.....dinner steak and green salad
Breakfast: Apple and green grapes Lunch: Garden Salad Dinner: Zucchini pasta with garlic and oil and grilled spicy chicken wings. (First time trying zucchini pasta and it was awesome!)
Lunch: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken breast (added 2 tbs of homemade salsa with white onions, cilantro, jalepeno, tomato, and lime juice for dressing)
