Nutrition Challenge Day 6

    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    1 Cup of Hot Tea
    10 Grapes

    Snack:

    1 Banana
    1 Apple
    1 Bottle of Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ lemon and Olive Oil
    2 Bottle

    Dinner:
    Oxtail and Small Salad
    1 cup of Hot Tea

    1 mangoe
    1 Bottle of Water

  3. Breakfast: Apple and green grapes
    Lunch: Garden Salad
    Dinner: Zucchini pasta with garlic and oil and grilled spicy chicken wings.
    (First time trying zucchini pasta and it was awesome!)

    Chicken breast and shrimp stir fry with veggies
    Dinner
    Broiled Tilapia, shrimp and sauté spinach
    Snack
    Peach
    Gallon of water

    Half Banana & half a grapefruit

    Snack:

    1 Banana
    1 Apple
    1 Bottle of Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ lemon and Olive Oil
    1 Bottle

    Dinner:

    2 pork chops with mashed sweet potatoes

  7. Breakfast: Homemade Lara Bar

    Lunch: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken breast (added 2 tbs of homemade salsa with white onions, cilantro, jalepeno, tomato, and lime juice for dressing)

    Dinner: bison citrus meatballs with sweet potato

    Snacks: dried banana chips and another lara bar

    Lunch:
    Salad with tomatoes and grilled chicken
    Water

    Couple water bottles in between

    Dinner:
    Water
    Green beans
    Swiss steak with stewed tomatoes onions mushrooms.

    Lunch: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken breast (added 2 tbs of homemade salsa with white onions, cilantro, jalepeno, tomato, and lime juice for dressing)

    Water logged by 16.9 oz bottles each

    Breakfast:
    black coffee

    Lunch:
    large sweet potato stuffed w baked shredded chicken topped w 1 cup all natural apple sauce

    Mid afternoon snack:
    Black plum

    Dinner:
    3 scrambled egg whites w one egg
    chopped chives & turkey sausage
    8oz green juice

    Daily Water Intake: IIIIIIIIII

    AM Snack:
    2 boiled eggs

    Lunch:
    Grilled veggie lettuce wrap
    sweet potato fries

    Zucchini spaghetti with pesto
    grilled chicken
