    1 Banana
    2 Glass of Water w/ lemon

    Lunch
    Grilled Turkey spring mix salad w/ Vinaigrette dressing
    12 Cherries
    1 glass of Water

    Snack:
    1 Mango

    Dinner
    Grilled Fish with steamed broccoli w/ carrot and onion
    1 Mashed Sweet Potato
    1 Cup of Hot Tea
    1 Bottle of Water

  4. AM: 2 BOILED EGGS WITH 4 SAUSAGE LINKS AND COFFEE
    Lunch : BBQ chicken , and green peppers and red peppers. Corn on the cob
    Dinner: garlic chicken wings grilled.

    Snack : peanuts

    Lunch:

    small Chef salad w/o Cheese
    2 Bottle of Water

    Dinner:

    Baked salmon with sweet potato

  9. Breakfast- Fiesta Bowl- Ground pork, onions, peppers.
    Lunch- Mongolian beef, with cauliflower rice
    Dinner- Chicken salad with grapes (no mayo-dijon mustard)
    Snack-2 clementine’s
    4-6 refills of a 22 oz bottle of water (half an orange, 4 strawberries)

    Lunch:
    Ground turkey with red bell pepper, onion, garlic, lemon
    1 cup steamed veg
    1 clementine

    PM snack:
    plum

    Dinner:
    Grilled chicken
    Boiled plantain
    steamed veg

    Lunch:
    grilled chicken breast and avocado salad.

    Snack: 1/2 cup of almonds

    Dinner:
    Grilled Tuna and fresh veggies
