Nutrition Challenge Day 21

    2strips bacon, boiled egg, whites only
    Lunch
    Baked chicken, spring mix salad
    Dinner
    Broiled pork chop, fresh string beans
    Snack frozen fruit smoothie
    Lots of water

    2 Hard boiled Eggs
    1 Cup oF Hot tea


    Snack:
    1 sliced apple
    1 Bottle of water

    Lunch:
    grilled fish and avocado salad.
    1 Bottle of Water

    Snack: 1/2 cup of grapes

    Dinner:
    Grilled chicken and fresh veggies
    1 Small side salad
    1 Bottle of water.

    2 hard boiled eggs with 3 strips of turkey bacon
    Half a grapefruit

    Snack:

    1 Banana & half a grapefruit
    1 Bottle of Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ shrimps lemon and Olive Oil
    1 Bottle of Water

    Snack:
    Fruit smoothie consist of 1 banana 10 strawberries, 1 granny smith apple also 2 tablespoon of flaxseed

    Dinner:

    Grilled chicken with Broccoli & steamed cabbage
    1 bottle of water

    2 sausage patties and 1 hard boiled egg
    Lunch:
    Baked chicken, boiled yuca, side of shrimp and salad
    Dinner:
    baked pork chop, and spinach
    Snacks: Deli meat slices of turkey, and dragon fruit.
    Drinks: 6 bottles of water.
