    1 Hot Cup of Tea w/ lemon
    1 Bottleof Water

    Lunch:

    Salad w/ Chicken Breast
    12 Grapes
    2 Bottle of Water

    Snack
    :
    1 Pear

    Dinner:

    2 Peices of Fish
    1 small salad
    1 peach
    2 Bottle of Water

    Lunch: Grilled chicken and okra
    Dinner: Salmon and broccoli

  9. Breakfast:
    2 hard boiled eggs, 2 sausage patties, and sauteed spinach.

    Snack: Peaches

    Lunch: shrimp, chicken breast mixed with broccoli and cabbage.

    Dinner: Medium-well flat iron steak with Broccoli

    Drinks: blueberry, banana,raspberry, and coconut water (smoothie), 4 bottles of water.

    Lunch: Leftovers of a few of the weeks meals including 2 zesty bites, cauliflower mash, and 3 garlic shrimp with one plantain that was leftover after prepping lunch for Monday

    Dinner: Zesty Bites (6) with sweet potato left overs

    Snacks: Dried Banana Chips

    Meatballs
    Salad.
    Sautéed broccoli slaw with red onions and flax seed.

    Lunch: Leftovers of a few of the weeks meals including 2 zesty bites, cauliflower mash, and 3 garlic shrimp with one plantain that was leftover after prepping lunch for Monday

    Dinner: Zesty Bites (6) with sweet potato left overs

    Apple pie Lara bar

    Dinner:
    Hamburger (no bun) w/ lettuce, tomato &onion

    Daily Water Intake: IIIIIIIIII

    Smoothie (almond milk, banana, sweet potato, carrot, raspberries, strawberries)

    PM snack:
    1 cup pineapple

    Dinner:
    Turkey burger (no bun)
    sweet potato fries (baked)
