    3 meatballs and spinach
    Drinks: 6 bottles of water, 2 detox bottles of water

    1 small salad
    1 peach
    2 Bottle of Water

    1 Banana
    1 Bottle of Water

    1 Bake Fish

    1 Bottle Water / lime

  10. Breakfast-Sweet potato patty and 2 eggs
    Lunch-Chicken, bacon, Brussel sprouts and sliced apple.
    Dinner- Mocha pot roast, and parsnip fries
    Snack-Copycat cashew Lara Bar
    4-6 22oz bottles of water (1/4 orange, and 4 strawberries)
