    1. Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 clementine, black coffee w/ cinnamon
      Lunch: Beef and vegetable soup (no noodles)
      Dinner: Baked chicken breast w/ zoodles (zucchini noodles)
      Snack: Turkey sausage stick

    Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
    Dinner: Spicy salmon with mixed vegetables

    2 turkey sausage patties, 1 hard boiled egg
    Lunch: Jerk shrimp and Yucca.
    Snacks: grapes
    Dinner: grilled chicken, spinach salad, and sweet potato.
    Drinks: 3 bottles detox water, 3 plain bottles of water.

    baby mixed green salad with grilled chicken

    Ground turkey, steamed yuca and steamed string beans
